Ghazi attack to be witnessed in 3500 theatres

Rana Daggubati-Taapsee starrer ‘Ghazi’ will be hitting 3500 screens worldwide in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Despites playing a baddie ‘Baahubali’, Rana Daggubati carried an intense charm of fan following base here in Tamil Nadu. While the second installment of ‘Baahubali’ is scheduled for release by this summer season, his new film ‘Ghazi’ featuring him in lead role is getting ready for release on coming Friday (February 17). The film is directed by debut filmmaker Sankalp, which is simultaneously releasing in Telugu and Hindi with the dubbed version in Tamil too hitting screens on the same day.

The film is based on the real life incident that happened during 1971 Indo-Pak war that happened as sub-marine war. The film features Rana Daggubati, Taapsee, Late actor Om Puri, Nasser, K.K. Menon and few more prominent actors. Mathi has handled cinematography and K has composed music with Sreekar Prasad handling editing.

The Tamil version is getting released in nearly 100 theatres and Telugu-Hindi version around 3500 theatres worldwide. This information was officially announced during the media interaction session of ‘Ghazi’ that happened before few minutes in Chennai.
