One thing that you must experiment with the teaser trailer of Imaikka Nodigal is that just close your eyes and listen to the sound. This predominantly affirms as that filmmaker Ajay Gnanamuthu of ‘Demonte Colony’ fame has done a decent work on the technical aspects. So the first and foremost attraction that gains our attention is the ‘Sound’ Department. Apparently, if you’re watching the film’s teaser on YouTube channel, you would precisely find a tag below the video box saying, “Can you catch how many times they blink their eyes?” This is indeed a blatant call from the team to showcase their aggrandizing work on technical aspect. Of course, all credit goes to Editor Bhuvan Srinivasan, who has worked upon tremendous transition cuts.

One thing that was earnestly kindling us to look out in the teaser of Imaikka Nodigal was the arrival of Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who plays a baddie named ‘Rudra’. While the first look having Atharvaa, Nayantara and Anurag with each other’s face mask in their hands had instigated more attention, this trailer gives yet more impression, where he appears only by the final shot.

Fine! The showstopper is none other than Nayantara who looks boldly stylish and her screen presence is marvelous. But more than being an actor, it is evident that she has breathed more soul into her characterization. While we get to see many characters in the teaser, it still remains to be a mystery on who’s the actual man behind that voiceover we hear during the initial moments of the teaser. It gives us to go up with more guesses claiming whether it could be someone among these three lead actors.

Finally, the ultimate icing of the cake is none other than the cinematography by RD Rajashekar and if all these actors are looking hot and pretty, it’s because of his visual treat and he contributes nearly 80% to their screen presence.

There isn’t much we get to see about the work of Hip Hop Tamizha and perhaps with the album and BGM in full length feature.
