As we have mentioned in many of our previous columns of Saturday Technology, it is so much evident that most of technological advancements in Indian film industry occurred through Tamil showbiz. Here is yet another illustration of how we turned the spotlights upon this film. ‘Vaanam Vasapadam’ happens to be the third directorial of cinematographer P.C. Sreeram, who is far-famed for his magical visuals. This film is based on a novel written by Late writer Sujatha, which in turn is a true story.

The film featured Karthik Kumar and Poongkothai Chandrahasan in lead roles. The film is a drama that revolves around a married couple, who face issues of social evildoers and how they seek justice. P.C. Sreeram used a new dimensional style for this film, which made everyone in awe.

Vaanam Vasapadum happens to the ever Indian movie to be made using the High Definition Digital Technology. The colours and grading in the film was so rich that it became a cynosure of everyone’s eyes apart from being critically acclaimed for outstanding narrative presentation.
