‘Nadigayar Thilagam’ to compete ‘Sanju’ & ‘Padmaavat’!

‘Nadigayar Thilagam’ is nominated for 3 categories in Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.

With the roaring success all over Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, Nag Ashwin’s directorial biopic of Actress Savitri will be screened in Indian Film Festival of Melbourne from August 10th, nominating for the categories of Best Actress Award (Keerthy Suresh), Best Film Award and Best Supporting Actress Award (Samantha). The team is expected to take part in this film festival in which the movie will be screened in both Tamil and Telugu competing Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal for ‘Sanju’, Alia Bhat for ‘Raazi’, Deepika Padukone for ‘Padmavat’, Vidya Balan for ‘Tumhari Sulu’, Rani Mukherjee for ‘Hitchki’ and Tillotama Shome for ‘Sir’. Along with the screening of these movies in Australia in this film festival, the premiere of Dhanush’s Hollywood debut movie, ‘The Extraordinary Journey of The Fakir’ directed by Ken Scott will also be screened.
