Remaking Vijay’s ‘Kaththi’(2014) in Telugu with Mega Star Chiranjeevi which was titled as ‘Khaidi No 150’, this A R Murugadoss’s movie had a terrific blockbuster hit and reached beyond borders. Now another update has been popped up that the legendary director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has acquired the rights for remaking ‘Kaththi’ in Bollywood who is also stated to bankroll in his own production banner ‘SLB Films’. Already remaking South Indian movies like ‘Rowdy Rathore’(Karthi’s ‘Siruthai’) and ‘Gabbar is Back’ (Vijayakanth’s ‘Ramana’), Sanjay Leela Bhansali is always known for his grand and detailed picturization with colorful mix of music and cast’s performance in his movies. Rumors surrounding all around Bollywood that Akshay Kumar will be reprising Vijay’s dual roles in the Hindi remake since he has earlier reprised Vijay’s character in ‘Holiday’ (Thuppakki), the team is yet to confirm about the details of the cast and crew after finalizing. Stating to direct this remake movie next to the epic drama ‘Padmaavat’, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is expected to once again stun with this action remake movie.
