When the director of the film, Kalees had spoken, he has stated that, “I have a smart phone in your hand; you must definitely watch ‘Kee’. This film deals with the disadvantages of using smart phone which makes us to like, share and comment on images which people post in social media.

In this film, Jiiva acts in a role of a light, energetic youngster and clashes with Govind Padmasoorya who will be seen as a powerful villain and in the role of an intelligent hacker.

There were many talks that the genre seems to be similar like that of ‘Irumbu Thirai’. I need to clarify that this film is not like ‘Irumbu Thirai’ which will prominently talk about hacking the bank accounts. After watching ‘Kee’ on screens, everyone will definitely think to like, comment and share any images from social media.”
